AIRSIDE OPERATIONS

RUNWAY INSPECTION CHECKLIST

According to ICAO Doc 9137 ASM, Part 8 - Airport Operational Services, each runway should be checked at least 4 times a day. You can easily perform this process with our checklist prepared according to the characteristics of your airport and legal regulations. You can make your reports instantly. We can log runway entry-exit times, and show all records on a dashboard. We can also export all records to excel. We can provide you with statistical information about runway occupancy times. We can reflect this directly on your dashboards.

DAILY VEHICLE CONTROL CHECKLIST

Many types of vehicles are used in daily operations. Follow-me vehicles, Wildlife vehicles, ARFF vehicles etc. You can easily follow the daily equipment, mileage, damage etc. controls of these vehicles through our checklists. You can create automatic warning e-mails for malfunctions or damages in vehicles and send them instantly to the people you want. You can also determine the maintenance periods over the usage hours or mileage of the vehicles. You can create maintenance request mails for expired vehicles.

APRON INSPECTION CHECKLIST

According to ICAO Doc 9137 ASM, Part 8 - Airport Operational Services, each apron and taxiways must be checked periodically. You can easily do this with our checklist prepared according to the characteristics of your airport and legal regulations. You can make your reports instantly. We can log your inspection times and show all records in a dashboard. We can also export all records to excel. We can reflect this directly to your dashboards that are detected during the controls.

SERVICES CHARGE FORMS

Various services can be provided to different companies on the airside. For example, you can create your forms that need to be created for invoicing the follow-me or towing services you provide to an airline through our system. You can easily send these forms to billing systems with our existing integration. You can download all service forms in excel tables. Thus, loss of time and the possibility of making mistakes are prevented.

FRICTION MEASUREMENT MODULE

One of the most important issues of runway safety is the control of the runway friction rate and the removal of rubbers on the runway surface when necessary. With our Friction module in Trustia Aviation Store, you can digitally archive runway friction values and make comparisons when necessary. You can see the point where the friction value drops with its coordinates on the runway image. Note: Our system is currently only compatible with Moventor brand friction measuring devices.

AWOS ( AUTOMATED WEATHER OBSERVING SYSTEM )

There are meteorological measurement systems on all runways. In our system, which has the ability to integrate with these systems, you can instantly monitor all meteorological data and access historical records.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT

WILDLIFE AND BIRD CONTROL FORM

Daily checks are mandatory according to ICAO Doc 9137 ASM, Part 3 - Wildlife Control and Reduction. Controls can be provided with our checklists prepared in accordance with this document. The type, number, location and many different data of the detected wildlife can be recorded and analysed. With our map module, you can observe the areas where wildlife populations form density as a heat map. You can take the necessary measures accordingly.

13 KM BIRD CONTROL FORM

Daily checks are mandatory according to ICAO Doc 9137 ASM, Part 3 - Wildlife Control and Reduction. Controls can be provided with our checklists prepared in accordance with this document. The type, number, location and many different data of the detected wildlife can be recorded and analysed. With our map module, you can observe the areas where wildlife populations form density as a heat map. You can take the necessary measures accordingly.

AIRSIDE SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

RULE VIOLATION

On the airside, there are rules that all companies must comply with according to the Airport Handbook and Apron management procedures. However, from time to time, personnel may violate these rules. In such cases, there may be two possibilities. The first is to warn the personnel and the second is to apply penalty action.
In our software, there is a suitable module for these two processes. If your security personnel sees a non-compliance in the field inspection, when the apron card information of the personnel who made this mistake is processed into the system, the system can automatically (if desired) send a notification e-mail to the company of that personnel. The warning may contain information such as personnel name, date of violation, time of violation, type of violation, proving photograph etc. In addition, as this information increases, measurements can be made on the map where more violations are committed and which violations are committed more.
In addition, personnel-based statistics can be kept. When you enter the card number of the personnel into the system, you can see how many times they have been warned before, whether they have been fined, and all past events.
For all these transactions, if you want to issue a penalty, a penalty form can be created on the appropriate form.

NOTAM MANAGEMENT MODULE

One of the important parts of airport management is NOTAM management. In many airports, NOTAM request is made by the airport to the Aviation Information Services (AIS) department. With the NOTAM module, you can quickly create your notam request form and send it to the AIS department with your digital signature in a very short time. You can follow all historical notams and view your active notams.

With the map module, you can see all active notams or all notams in a certain time period on the map. You can transfer all data to excel tables, runway, taxiway etc. You can create statistics for topics. You can create automatic mails for notam start/end times.

APRON SPEED RADARS

Our air side speed control solution is available in both hardware and software. We can be integrated into your existing system or we can build a system from scratch. We can detect speed violations with our radars and transfer them to your penalty module.

AIRSIDE CONTROL FORMS

Many different companies carry out different operations on the airside. With the Airside Control forms, you can control all these operations with the question lists you have prepared. For example, in a turn-around operation, you can inspect ground handling services, aircraft refuelling services, airside construction works, ground handling vehicles. You can instantly send the non-compliances you find in your inspections to the safety departments of the relevant company in the form of forms and visuals. You can organise weekly, monthly and annual reports.

INCIDENT / ACCIDENT NOTIFICATION FORMS

Many incidents and accidents can be encountered on the airside. Accidents are investigated by airport safety teams, reports are prepared and shared with institutions (CAA, Companies and related persons etc.) Our Incident / Accident module can help you in the preparation of reports. After all entries are made, automatic forms are created in the desired format (pdf, word, etc.) with a single click. Mail can be sent to the desired addresses. Historical accident records can be analysed and statistics can be extracted.

BIRD STRIKE CONTROL MODULE

Through this module, you can monitor all bird strike events and extract statistics. You can convert all data into tables in excel environment. You can also make comparisons of the reports reported to the CAA by airlines flying to your airport.

AIRSIDE SUPPORTING SERVICES

WEED CONTROL MODULE

The control of grass areas around the runways and taxiways on the airside is of great importance for the prevention of wildlife. You can follow the weed control activities in these areas through this module. You can divide these areas into sectors. You can also record how many square meters of area is treated each time.

RUNWAY, TAXIWAY MARKING AND PAINTING FORM

One of the important works on the Airside is the marking and painting of runway, taxiway, parking position. With this form, you can record all operations, record details such as how long the painting process took, how many square meters of area was painted, how many litres of paint was spent, and the reason for painting.

RUNWAY RUBBER REMOVAL FORM

Each time aircraft land, each tyre leaves about 1 kg of rubber on the runway. The tyres are stationary until landing, the sudden contact with the ground causes friction, which rapidly accelerates them to more than 250 km/h and generates temperatures around 260 °C. This rubber deposited on the runway surface reduces the friction on the runway surface over time. With our Runway Rubber Removal form, you can record which area of your runway has been cleaned and how many square meters have been cleaned.

AIRCRAFT RESCUE AND FIREFIGHTING

ARFF VEHICLE CONTROL FORM

Many different companies carry out different operations on the airside. With the Airside Control forms, you can control all these operations with the question lists you have prepared. For example, in a turn-around operation, you can inspect ground handling services, aircraft refuelling services, airside construction works, ground handling vehicles. You can instantly send the non-compliances you find in your inspections to the safety departments of the relevant company in the form of forms and visuals. You can organise weekly, monthly and annual reports.
